TRANSFERS CAME on WEDNESDAY

We were told (by a reliable source) that Elder Chandler was transferred from Naze to Ōmuta (大牟田市 ,Ōmuta-shi) (Japan), city, Fukuoka ken (prefecture), northern Kyushu, Japan, on the east coast of the Ariake-kai (Ariake Sea).
He has a native Japanese companion, Elder Tokuzawa, and is looking forward to telling us about his travel adventure to the new area he will be serving in. Sunday (Monday for Elder Chandler) is his P-Day and we should hear from him. The Fukuoka Mission Home is about 40 miles away from Ōmuta.

Check back soon!

Have fun in the BIG CITY Elder Chandler! It will be so different from the small islands that you have been serving on.

WELL yeah its pretty much transfer week again. it comes fast. but this time I'm really really glad. I'm pretty sure that i will transfer and if and when i do I'm pretty sure i will go up to Kyushu, which will be good a taste of real Japan. well kind of. we will just have to see. but yeah. if i went back down to Okinawa i cant say i would be mad. i wouldn't mind being there my whole mission. well id like to go north for a little bit. but Okinawa is a really good fun place for missionaries. so i want to go back. anyways. that's cool Dustin is coming up tell him i say hi if you see him. well there is not much new going on here but yeah. we are just hanging out with ono san a lot he is cool we also have another taco party on this Wednesday. mr. komoto is doing good i guess i don't know if i told you last week but we went to his house he had all the books and stuff we gave him stacked up. he said he was done with this religion and that he had found something better. haha i wanted to punch him in the face. not because he said he was done with Mormonism. i really could care less. its his choice. but the way he said it. he was talking to us in really low Japanese, so i started to be rude back. it was weird to be in that situation but because i used some `strong words` and my comp shared a good scripture. he said he would read the BOM and all the other books we gave him one more time. so i suppose that that is good.
i think 2 weeks will be good here it will be fun. i love this country. it is so safe. people are so nice and honest no one wants to do anything wrong or hurt anyone else. just a minute ago i was at the ATM. there was a big line and it was really busy. an older woman in a hurry took her card but forgot to take her money out of the machine. a young punk looking kid grabbed her money and was super nice and said. mam wait you left an item. she took the money from him. i was amazed that would not happen in the states. hah its crazy just lots of little things like that are what have made this country win my heart. haha but yeah. I'm excited to see the bus. it sounds like you doing quite a bit to it. that should be cool . just don't spent too much. and please don't tint the windows. but if you already have that's cool too. i just like the curtains. if you made new ones that are just black but work better than my crappy ones. but we will see. i thank you for doing all that for me. just don't go broke trying to make the bus cool its just a car. and doesn't matter as much as having money to help a struggling friend. so yeah just do good things from what it looks like lots of people are having a hard time. funny moment. i was at the beach yesterday with ono san. i said to him say something interesting in English. he thought for a moment then looked right in the camera and said. F### you!! haah he didn't under stand what it meant but i explained it to him. but it sure makes for a really funny video. haah I'm debating on sending it home to you or not but i think it is way way funny. haha. bad words are in so many movies that Japanese people just pick up on them but yeah. it was super funny.
I'm glad grandma enjoyed my letter. i sent her some pics and junk. i hope she liked it. she has always done so much for me even though she lives far away. and i really thought i should do something nice for her. please tell all my sister to write her letters. we wont realize how much we liked having her around sending us forwards to our emails. until they stop coming. please take 5 min. of your life and write your grandma. without her this family wouldn't be here.
